The upper is made of breathable knit fabric with zoned ventilation, which provides excellent airflow and comfort during every workout. The higher heel and contoured collar minimize the risk of Achilles tendon irritation , and the unique construction of the tongue - thinner at the bottom and thicker at the top - eliminates the feeling of pressure when tying.

The new version of the Bondi 9 uses supercritical SCF EVA foam , offering softness and elasticity at a completely new level. Thanks to the midsole raised by 2 mm , the shoe provides as much as 43 mm of foam under the heel and 38 mm under the toes, which translates into exceptional cushioning and stability . Additionally, the Meta-Rocker technology characteristic of the Hoka brand, i.e. the rocking structure of the sole, guarantees a smooth roll from heel to toe, giving dynamics and improving running efficiency.

The outsole uses a limited amount of rubber, which, combined with large hollow studs, guarantees durability , lightness and grip on various surfaces. The wide platform of the sole additionally increases stability, making this model a reliable companion even on marathon distances.
