All measurements need to be taken directly on the body and will define the size of the belt. Depending on where you wish to wear the belt:
NATURAL WAIST
Measure the total circumference with the measurement tape placed horizontally on the smallest part of the waist.
LOW WAIST
Measure the total circumference with the measurement tape placed horizontally 5cm/2" below the natural waist.
